Beautiful flowers…as always…the Echinops is a huge fave of mine…you cannot have too much of those! I’m super intrigued by the Lotus jacobaeus…those dark blooms and delicate foliage look amazing!
What incredibly intense color on that Echinops – I really like its look. Happy GBBD!
I pretty much have to have that Musschia wollastonii.
I so hope my musschia grows up to be just like yours! That incredible lotus was in my fall order too.
lotus jacobeus : is is a winterhardy plant ? it is sooooo beautiful, I just love it !!!!
it’s hardy to USDA zones 9b. if you’re somewhere colder, you can always grow it as an annual. more info HERE.
Simply beautiful – I have a Echinops ritro ruthenicus that I started from seed that has yet to bloom, although it’s finally reaching a decent size so I think next year it might bloom. I can’t wait – it truly is quite lovely (as is everything else pictured).
Musschia wollastonii is impressive. I found your “plant lust” listing, “grows in cool, foggy conditions”… Leaves me out…
it looks like a heat lover…
